I had been on a spiritual healing journey for over a decade, very intentionally processing trauma around my upbringing in the church, my relationships and family dynamics, and my physical health. Even though I felt I had come such a long way, and could see clearly what state of being I was reaching for, I was exhausted with the whole concept of "healing" and wondered if it would ever end....If I would ever actually feel healed. I was over it. It seemed like no matter how much I worked at it, and how much my understanding expanded, there were still blockages within me that I could feel preventing me from fully accepting where I was. I had reached a spiritual and energetic plateau, and I felt stuck and frustrated with myself.
On top of that, in November of 2022 I got a severe respiratory infection that shut me down completely for almost six months. My body was reflecting my emotional state, and I had no choice but to surrender to exhaustion. It was at this time of complete surrender that I met Atsuko, and I immediately felt I could be open with her about where I was at. She was able to help me identify and release specific sticking points in my energy field that I knew were there, but had no idea how to let go. With her compassionate support, and intuitive guidance, I was able to reach a more balanced state, in acceptance of all that has happened and appreciation for how far I've come. It was so comforting to have a partnership with her at this stage of my journey, when I had done so much soul work in isolation. I'm so grateful to feel forward momentum from a more aligned and balanced state than ever before.

Atsuko Arai is a very talented energy worker and healer. I have been working with Atsuko on and off for probably four or five years. My first session with her honestly blew my mind. I felt wind rushing through me and other sensations that are just indescribable and quite unbelievable if I wrote them all down. She really helped clear out a lot of “junk.” My sessions with her over the years have included body work, but have shifted to more of a constellation of talking through issues as well as working through energy shifts that I am experiencing. Atsuko is a strong intuitive and can tap into the thoughts and feelings around a certain issue or person. She is a mentor to me in many ways and has given me very good advice in my own meditative practice. She has a strong and warm maternal feeling to her, but she will also give it to you straight and will tell you how it is (which is also much needed at times). Ten years ago, my 93-year-old mother was very ill and lay dying. She could no longer speak and slept much of the time but was obviously disturbed and unable to let go. I had tried everything I could think of to relieve her anxiety and give her the encouragement to transition to a new life. I was sharing this one afternoon with a person who had been my mother’s beloved caregiver for many years. She said she had a friend who had psychic abilities and asked if I would like for her to bring her to be with my mother. I jumped at the opportunity. Atsuko arrived that evening. Standing by my mother’s bedside, Atsuko channeled messages from my mother to each of her family members present. Any disagreements we had experienced during our lifetime together began to melt away. She was able to share the deepest desires of her soul with an honesty we had never heard before. She became more peaceful over the next few days. We held a celebration of her life in which she was able to joyfully participate (still without words) with her closest family and friends. She always loved a party! Atsuko suggested we bring her a blue Celestine crystal to help her access the angels, which my mother held, and which is now beside my bed.
My mother peacefully transitioned a few days later. Because of Atsuko’s service to us all, both my sibling and I enjoy a deep love and gratitude for her. Our lives together had often been full of conflict and misunderstanding. Now, just peace! A gift that we had never expected, but for which will be forever grateful. In those 10 years since Atsuko has contacted my mother for me to reassure me that she is living joyfully. She has also contacted my baby who transitioned just a few hours after being born many years ago. So many unanswered questions regarding that loss have been answered. Again, peace. My baby and my mother showed up together during a recent reading with Atsuko. Peace.
I have also spent many hours of personal therapy with Atsuko since our first meeting all those years ago. She has made a difference in so many parts of my life. Again, the same result applies: peace.

A good friend referred me to Atsuko three years ago. Even after several sessions with her, he seemed unable to explain what she did exactly. He just knew that he felt 100% better and seemed to have connected with Atsuko deeply.
My first session with Atsuko was similar. Upon arrival we talked openly; I explained how I had been feeling and what was happening in my body. We spoke more about work, my close relationships with my wife, father and brother and then started our session. After 15 or 20 minutes into the session Atsuko asked if I was ready to hear the reason I was really here. This was somewhat of a surprise, as you can imagine; my answer was yes. This is when I truly learned how loved ones can physically affect our bodies. Perhaps I had heard this before, but it never sank like this.
After the session, of course, I felt better, like a weight had been lifted from my body. My rib cage felt free and my head was light, almost floating on top of my shoulders. More importantly, as time went on, more of her words and wisdom sank in as I began to better understand the meaning of our session and her work. Atsuko‘s work changed my life after just one session. I am a better man from it, a deeper intentioned practitioner, a more present father, a more honest son, a more supportive brother and more loving husband. I have returned to see Atsuko many times and each time our sessions progress in a personal and profound way.

I grew up in a family that wasn’t open and didn’t understand energy work. When I got introduced to Atsuko, I clearly didn’t understand energy work either, but I was open to the concept.
