My name is Atsuko Arai, and I am originally from Japan; Seattle has been my home for many years. Japanese heritage is my foundation, rooted in Eastern culture and experiences, complemented by my training here in the United States. I believe that this bicultural influence uniquely benefits the services I provide.

At the turn of the Millennium, my spiritual quest and intuition led me to the island of Kaui in Hawaii, to a workshop on native Hawaiian spirituality. The Indigenous healers and teachers helped me awaken my own healing gift and psychic abilities and taught me how to use them to benefit others. 
And that initiation set me on the spiritual path I follow today, a compassionate and heart-centered approach, using intuitive insights to meet clients' needs emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My purpose is to help my clients by touching their lives and guide them on their path of self-discovery with transformational intuitive energy work. I am dedicated to walk the talk therapy and love sharing, and teaching others as a creative healer.

A healer's path is ongoing; I am always seeking to evolve and grow personally and professionally.  After completing hypnotherapy training some years ago, I found there was, still, a lingering feeling of emptiness in my heart and soul. Those persistent yearnings directed me to the spiritual roots of earlier years, growing up in Japan, gratefully and humbly finding my main two inspirational Buddhist teachers, unfolding these roots, and finally returning to the home of my spirituality. 

My healing work has transformed over time through many spaces. It has gone from finding personal belonging, happiness, inner peace, and freedom, through the lifetime training from ongoing brutal adversities to resilience, from hardships to perseverance. And finally, those life lessons have opened into spiritual prosperity, expansive love, and light. This personal journey has forever changed my life in profound ways, which, in turn, have deepened offerings, through my practice, to those with whom I work. 

Over the last three decades, I have worked with many people from all walks of life, and each session is as unique as the people who come. I'm passionate about my life-work as an empath, intuitive reader, and energy healer, specializing in intuitive energy healing/reading, trauma work emotionally and physically, and individual and family healing. I have developed, over many years, extensive skills in Chinese reflexology, reiki, channeling, past life regression, massage therapy, cranial-sacral, intuitive reading, and hypnotherapy. And as energy work is not bound by time or place, all of these offerings can be received, either in person, or through distance healing. 

In addition to my experience and developed skills in many forms of energetic and healing work, I have credentials as a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Clinical Advanced Hypnotherapist, Certification in Past Life Regression Therapy, in Reiki Energy Healing and in Cranial Sacral work.
